50 Seasons Homestand
Back in town after a short road trip. Nine homegames in a row, with pleasantly little screen time at all over that period.
There are pros and cons to a week with very little screen time, pros are I am feeling better than I think I have any right to. Cons are I don't have very detailed notes about all of them individually, so pardon my speedrun of my report on this stand.

This was a fireworks night and Margaritaville day. I went with a freind, and it was a delightful evening. My dad will be very excited for the shirt giveaway.

Much better baseball than the previous day.

Again, just spectacular edge of your seat baseball. We sure know how to make a six run lead into a nail biter.

Skipped the first game of this series the day before. This was Jimothy night. Went with friends and got the tee shirt and the trading card. We had a blast, and were rewarded with some excellent baseball.

I don't want to talk about it. Went with a friend. Saw Robles pitch.

Alumni home run derby night. Fun game to watch but the most fun was the derby. I wish the whole thing was up on youtube un-edited, as I have no doubt Goldy had great calls. Extremely proud of my close personal friend Ryan Rowland-Smith for getting three points despite being a pitcher. Went with a big group of work and nonwork friends, had a blast.

50 seasons celebration night. The pregame ceremony was a tearjerker. The baseball that followed was appropriate given the team's prior fifty years of performances. Went solo.

Pain. Suffering. Torment. Didn't even get the free pin. Went with a friend.

Have a draft of a post about the last book I finished, and I'll publish this post and that post from hotel wifi. Going to be in Hawaii for a week, so, don't get your hopes up for tons more content than that.
